Ecosystem Restoration Program Specialist
US Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council
As an Ecosystem Restoration Program Specialist, you will provide program support for Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (GCERC) restoration activities, including knowledge and application of best available science, technical and policy analysis, and technical assistance. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. GS-13 Requirements Experience supporting the oversight and implementation of coastal protection and/or restoration projects, including monitoring recipient performance utilizing knowledge of grant administration regulations, policies and procedures. Providing technical assistance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and program requirements, including providing guidance or training materials, and developing technical or scientific content to communicate program results to diverse audiences. Conducting data analysis with the goal of assessing large-scale coastal protection and restoration to ensure consistency with laws and best available science. GS-12 Requirements Assisting in the implementation of coastal protection and/or restoration projects, including monitoring recipient performance utilizing knowledge of grant administration regulations, policies and procedures. Experience providing support of technical assistance to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and program requirements, including providing guidance or training materials, and developing technical or scientific content to communicate program results to diverse audiences.
