Commitment: a minimum of 10 Hours Per Week (Flexible)

ABOUT TGCN

The Grandparents Community Network (TGCN) is a national nonprofit organization serving grandparents and kinship caregivers raising grandchildren due to addiction, incarceration, death, mental health challenges, abandonment, and other family crises.

As we continue to grow nationally, we are preparing to launch a Membership Program designed to strengthen family engagement, increase advocacy participation, create recurring revenue, improve retention, and support long-term organizational sustainability.

We are seeking a Membership Data & Performance Intelligence Strategist to help us design the intelligence framework that will guide this effort.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is not a traditional data entry or reporting role.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can help us identify patterns, opportunities, trends, and intelligence that support organizational growth and member engagement.

The ideal candidate understands how data can be transformed into actionable insights that improve decision-making, member retention, program participation, and sustainability.

You will work closely with leadership and the Data Analytics Team to help answer critical organizational questions such as:

• Who are we serving?
• How often are families engaging?
• Which programs generate the highest participation?
• What causes families to remain connected?
• What causes disengagement?
• What services provide the greatest value?
• What metrics should drive our membership strategy?

Help TGCN develop recommendations regarding:

• Membership Data Collection Standards
• Membership Dashboard Framework
• Membership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Data Collection Gaps
• Member Retention Tracking
• Engagement Tracking Metrics
• Geographic Impact Reporting
• Predictive Growth Analytics
• Membership Intelligence Roadmap
• Executive Membership Dashboard

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Membership Intelligence

• Analyze existing organizational data
• Identify opportunities for membership growth
• Recommend member segmentation strategies
• Define active member criteria
• Recommend retention and engagement metrics

Performance Analytics

• Identify KPIs for membership success
• Develop measurement frameworks
• Recommend reporting standards
• Create dashboard recommendations
• Support executive decision-making through data insights

Engagement Analysis

• Evaluate participation trends
• Analyze volunteer engagement
• Identify high-performing programs
• Recommend engagement scoring models
• Identify indicators of member attrition

Strategic Recommendations

• Recommend systems for tracking membership performance
• Identify data collection gaps
• Propose predictive analytics opportunities
• Support development of a national membership intelligence system
