Physicians own and operate their own practice entity, while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position. Physicians may establish or transition a practice in a preferred market, subject to state licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. The physician governs clinical operations, clinical decisions, and sets patient care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. MedCBO’s Non‑Clinical Services Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting support. EHR technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systems. Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination. Accounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructure. HR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance support. Supply chain and vendor coordination. Opportunity Description We work with physicians seeking to: Start a new private practice. Transition from employment to ownership. Convert an existing practice to a supported model. Relocate and establish a practice in a new market. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Desire for practice ownership.
