What You’ll Do Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment Build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ communication, cognition, and overall quality of life Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support and ideas are shared Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction What You’ll Bring Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Active Delaware SLP license in good standing A genuine passion for working with older adults Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A flexible, team-oriented approach to patient care Why This Role Feels Different Even in a per diem role, you won’t feel like “just coverage.” Here, you’ll be part of a team that values your time, your expertise, and the care you provide.
