The Role
As a BDR, you're the engine of our US pipeline. Every conversation you start with a Head of Reward, CHRO, or VP Total Rewards moves a deal closer to revenue. That is the job, and it's measurable from day one.
Concretely, you'll:
- Run 50+ cold calls a day and build outbound sequences that actually get replies
- Engage senior HR and Finance leaders at companies between 1,000 and 50,000 employees
- Qualify inbound demand from marketing, events, and pay equity regulation triggers (EU Pay Transparency Directive, US state laws)
- Build pipeline alongside Account Executives working complex Fortune 500 deals
- Experiment. Test new sequences, new tools, new angles.

What We Are Looking For
What you need to bring:
- 1 to 3 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B tech preferred, internships count)
- Strong written English. Comfortable on the phone with senior leaders.
- Self-starter who treats their pipeline like a business, not a checklist
- Based in NYC or willing to be, with 3 days in-office presence

- You've already played with AI tools (Claude, Clay, Apollo, n8n) and you have opinions about what works
- You write outbound copy that doesn't sound like a template
- You have a side project, a newsletter, a Substack, a GitHub, a TikTok, something that shows you build things
- You know your way around HubSpot, Lemlist, Outreach, Nooks, Zoominfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
