Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Leasing Admin to support clients in the property management industry throughout the Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas. These temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities are perfect for professionals with strong customer service, leasing, and administrative experience who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with leasing, resident relations, and property operations.
- Schedule tours and process rental applications.
- Prepare leases, renewals, notices, and resident correspondence.
- Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries.
- Support Property Managers with administrative and office duties.
Qualifications
- Administrative or customer service experience required.
- Property management/leasing experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus (Yardi, Appfolio, etc.).
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Benefits
Compensation for this role is between $23-$25 per hour, providing competitive pay for qualified candidates.
