Now Hiring: Front of House Manager – Modern Latin Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Front of House Manager to join the leadership team at our modern Latin restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume, upscale environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a strong service team.

Our restaurant celebrates modern Latin cuisine, culture, and hospitality, and we are looking for a leader who can bring that same energy and warmth to every guest interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• A polished, professional leader with at least 3 years of management experience in upscale or high-volume dining.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, steps of service, and guest engagement.
• Experience with staffing, training, scheduling, and managing FOH teams.
• Skilled in handling guest relations, conflict resolution, and service recovery.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• A hands-on manager with a “lead by example” mentality and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A genuine passion for Latin cuisine, culture, and hospitality is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house operations during service.
• Ensure consistent, elevated service standards across all shifts.
• Lead, coach, and train staff to uphold restaurant and brand standards.
• Manage floor plans, seating, guest flow, and reservation systems; experience with Resy is preferred.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Maintain a clean, professional, energetic, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service.
• Help create an environment that reflects the warmth, energy, and hospitality of a modern Latin restaurant.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English – required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of FOH management experience in upscale or high-volume dining.
• Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and reservation platforms; Resy experience is a plus .
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
