Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Intake Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing the intake process for potential clients and implementing strategies that drive lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales or customer service, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach when engaging with potential clients.
• Assess and qualify leads, effectively gathering critical information to support conversion efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and transition of leads into the larger sales pipeline.
• Implement and refine conversion strategies to maximize client acquisition rates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize intake processes and improve customer experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Support team members with additional sales or administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or intake-based sales preferred (industry experience a plus, but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and build trust with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with data entry processes.
• An enthusiastic, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the organization’s goals.
