Assistant Infant Teacher (6 Weeks - 18 Months) The Goddard School - Westerville (Polaris)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing fun, developmentally appropriate lessons
• Foster a safe, positive classroom environment filled with laughter and learning
• Observe children's interests and build hands-on curriculum experiences
• Communicate with families daily to share children's progress and milestones
• Collaborate with fellow educators and grow professionally

What We Offer:

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (required for Lead Teachers).
• Previous experience working with infants in an early childhood education setting.
• Ability to meet state background check eligibility requirements.
• Strong understanding of childcare programming, safety protocols, and first-aid procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and a team player who takes initiative.
