As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will greet visitors, manage access and badges, monitor alarm panels, and support a welcoming environment for patients, staff, and guests. Using strong customer service and communication skills, you will help address security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk in a healthcare location, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and visitor authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel according to site-specific procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area, communicate professionally with clinical and administrative staff, and provide directions or general information while protecting confidential information.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing front-desk activity, reporting suspicious behavior or policy concerns, and documenting incidents in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
