Advanced Therapy Center Manager – Colorado Springs Urology

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $90,000–$105,000

Colorado Springs Urology is opening a brand-new Advanced Therapy Center, and we're looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to help launch and oversee this exciting new service line. If you're passionate about elevating patient care, optimizing clinical operations, and leading multidisciplinary teams, this role offers the opportunity to shape something exceptional from the ground up.

As the Advanced Therapy Center Manager, you'll guide operations across Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, and Radiation Oncology while partnering closely with physicians, technologists, and clinical leadership. We're seeking someone with strong operational insight, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates bring:

• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• Background in Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, or Radiation Oncology
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Strong operational, financial, and team-building skills
• Clinical certifications (ARRT, CNMT, RT(T)) preferred
