$40,000.00/year Base Salary + $2000.00 Sign-On Bonus + Performance-Based Commission

This role provides coverage throughout the Miami, FL region.  During onboarding, training will be conducted primarily at our West Palm Beach, FL and Coral Springs, FL branches, providing hands-on experience and support before transitioning to independent customer appointments throughout the Miami, FL region.

The Opportunity

As an Automotive Sales Representative - Mobile , you'll spend most of your workday meeting with customers who want to sell their vehicles to webuyanycar.com® USA.

Because this role regularly serves a diverse customer base throughout the Miami region, the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish is required to effectively assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

Unlike traditional automotive sales positions, you'll focus on purchasing vehicles directly from customers rather than selling vehicle inventory.

Using a company-provided vehicle, you'll travel throughout the Miami, FL region, conduct car-buying appointments, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process from initial evaluation to completed vehicle purchase transactions.

This is not a traditional branch-based sales position . If you enjoy working independently, managing your own schedule, driving throughout your territory, and building relationships face-to-face, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine sales, customer service, and mobility in a performance-driven environment where your results directly impact your earnings and career growth.

Training & Regional Coverage

This role provides mobile coverage throughout the Miami, FL region.  During onboarding, training will be conducted primarily at our West Palm Beach and Coral Springs branches, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and gain hands-on experience before servicing customers independently throughout the Miami region.

What You'll Do

• Travel throughout the Miami, FL region in a company-provided vehicle
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers
• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels
• Build rapport, explain the value of our service, and guide customers through our vehicle purchasing process
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers in both languages.
• Prior sales, retail, customer service, call center, automotive, or other customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to effectively manage daily activities and work with minimal supervision in a mobile, field-based environment
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned market using a company-provided vehicle as part of normal job duties
• Ability to effectively use computers, iPads, mobile devices, email, web-based applications, and sales systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to regularly inspect vehicles and perform vehicle test drives
• Ability to regularly bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach while evaluating vehicles
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move office supplies, equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related items
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require
