In this role, you will help ensure high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise Nursing Assistants and coordinate daily shift activities Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation Receive and transcribe physician orders Administer medications and treatments Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, catheterization) Monitor compliance with infection control and safety protocols Maintain confidentiality of resident information Foster a calm, respectful, and resident-focused environment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Current, active RN or LPN license in Illinois CPR certification required Long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to think critically and work independently Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout the facility during shifts Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally more as needed) Assist with resident evacuation in emergency situations Meet all health and physical requirements per facility policy Join Our Team At Allure of Moline , you’ll be part of a team that values compassion, professionalism, and teamwork.
