Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care
At ConvenientMD, we're on a mission to make good health more convenient for all working to improve how patients and providers experience healthcare in New England. To support this belief, we're building a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about improving lives, are passionate about work that can make a difference, and are driven to learn from one another.
The Opportunity
We believe primary care needs to move beyond conventional thinking to truly center around each patient's personal needs. Our Advanced Primary Care (APC) model challenges the status quo, combining modern clinics with cutting-edge technology to provide high-quality, team-based care. By integrating in-person and virtual primary care with urgent care, we aim to deliver personalized, hands-on care that proactively educates, connects patients with resources, and simplifies the complexities of downstream care. Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be part of this innovative approach to redefining healthcare.
Your Impact
- Patient Care & Triage: Conduct comprehensive patient triage by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and performing observational examinations to identify immediate healthcare needs.
- Assist with patient exams, ensuring all necessary equipment and documentation are prepared, while supporting providers during testing and procedures.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform diagnostic and testing procedures, including vision, hearing, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, spirometry, and more.

- Provide cardiac and airway management, including ECGs, AED use, nebulizer treatments, and oxygen administration.
- Deliver wound care assessments, immunizations, and medication administration per federal and state regulations.
- Patient Engagement & Documentation: Assist with patient inquiries, communicate test results, and explain medication or therapy plans.
