Social Media Manager Steps New York | Doral, FL Steps New York is looking for a creative, ambitious, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to grow our online audience, strengthen our brand presence, and turn social media into a major driver of customer engagement and sales. This is a hands-on growth role. We are looking for someone who knows how to build an audience , not simply post content. The ideal candidate understands fashion, social media growth, content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, Facebook/Instagram Shop, and paid social advertising. Your Mission Your primary goal will be to grow the Steps New York audience and turn that audience into an engaged community and customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that increases: Followers Reach and impressions Engagement Video views Website traffic Social media community Brand awareness Online sales Customer acquisition Key ResponsibilitiesAudience Growth Develop and execute a clear strategy for rapid and sustainable audience growth. Identify the types of content that attract new followers and reach people beyond our existing audience. Create highly shareable, saveable, and engaging fashion content. Grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Use Reels, TikToks, Stories, collaborations, trends, UGC, influencers, and other growth strategies. Research competitors and successful fashion brands to identify opportunities. Continuously test new content formats, hooks, trends, and creative concepts. Build an active and engaged fashion community around Steps New York. Monitor analytics and adjust the strategy based on performance. Content Creation Create daily/consistent fashion-focused content for social media. Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, product videos, styling videos, and behind-the-scenes content. Create content featuring new arrivals, best sellers, outfits, styling ideas, promotions, and store experiences. Develop creative concepts specifically designed to increase reach and attract new followers. Coordinate photoshoots and content production. Write strong captions, hooks, calls-to-action, and promotional copy. Influencer & Creator Marketing Identify and build relationships with relevant fashion influencers and content creators. Develop collaborations designed to introduce Steps New York to new audiences. Coordinate influencer campaigns, product gifting, collaborations, and UGC. Identify micro-influencers and local creators who can generate authentic engagement. Track the performance of influencer and creator campaigns. Facebook & Instagram Shop Manage and optimize Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop. Create shoppable posts, Reels, and Stories. Promote products through social commerce. Connect social content with our online store to generate sales. Ensure product catalogs and social shopping experiences are properly maintained. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising ( is a plus) Develop digital marketing campaigns to increase audience growth, traffic, and sales. Manage and/or coordinate Meta advertising campaigns. Test different audiences, creatives, offers, and campaigns. Analyze campaign results and optimize performance. Use both organic and paid strategies to accelerate growth. What We’re Looking For Proven experience growing social media audiences, preferably for fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Meta. Demonstrated ability to create content that generates reach, engagement, and follower growth. Strong video and content creation skills. Experience with Reels, TikTok, Stories, UGC, and influencer marketing. Knowledge of Facebook Shop / Instagram Shop. Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce. Experience with Meta Ads is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. Creative eye for fashion, styling, photography, and video. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong understanding of current social media and fashion trends.
