As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to reliable operations through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s caring, innovative culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.14 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology and logistics location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access to offices, operational areas, and restricted spaces. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
