Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic Northern California educational setting. This part-time role is perfect for a skilled occupational therapist seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on young learners’ lives.

You’ll provide professional OT services onsite one day per week during the 2026–2027 school year—including collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and engagement with a pediatric caseload. The exact campus assignment will be determined, located near the beautiful Mill Valley area.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience working in schools
• Pediatric occupational therapy background highly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate and assess students’ needs, developing goal-oriented treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize student success
• Maintain documentation that meets state and district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to educational planning
• Adapt interventions to the school environment, tailoring support to students’ age and developmental level
