Allison Voice is hiring its first salesperson. Eugene-based, in person, full time.

We build AI phone agents for small businesses. A plumber, an HVAC company, or a property manager signs up, and Allison answers every call, 24/7. She takes messages, books appointments, answers questions about the business and what it sells, transfers to a human when it matters, and sends the owner the details. $99 to $399 a month. No setup fee, no contract, and they keep their existing number.

DISCLAIMER : This is a startup. Small team. The base pay is below what an experienced rep makes at an established company. There are few benefits at this time, no company car, and no marketing department that will hand you leads (but some decent tools are provided).

Here is what there is instead: A working product, in a market where home services businesses alone miss half of their incoming calls and have no good answer for it. A commission plan that pays you every month on every account you bring in, for as long as that account stays. And a founder who is looking for a real long-term partner on the sales and distribution side of this business.

If you want a comfortable seat at a company that already figured this out, this is the wrong posting. If you have wanted to build the sales side of something from nothing and own what you build, keep reading.

Here is the useful thing about selling this product: Allison does the demo . When a business owner gets on the phone with her, she runs the discovery herself, learns their business, and builds their agent from that conversation. They log in and it is already most of the way set up. We follow up, help with advanced cases, and insure they get the best product and services available.

So you do not need to be a technical closer. Your job is to get local business owners to take that call.

What you would actually do

• Work a lead queue of local businesses in our in-house sales tool. Dial, log the call, take notes, schedule the follow-up. Custom tools are in place and we can modify the workflows to support new features.
• Get in front of owners in person. Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Cottage Grove, Florence. Home services, dental, veterinary, property management, trades.
• Book the discovery call with Allison, and make sure it actually happens.
• Follow up until they are live and paying, then stay in touch so they stay.
• Tell us what you are hearing. Which objections come up, where pricing gets pushback, which industries bite fastest. You are the first person in this seat, so what you learn becomes the playbook everyone after you runs.
• Build the territory. You decide how to work it.

What you need

• You live in the Eugene area and can meet business owners face to face.
• You have sold something to a small business owner and closed it yourself. B2B services, home services, insurance, advertising, payments, equipment, software, it does not matter which. What matters is that you have picked up a cold phone and gotten a yes.
• You can be told no all day and happily dial again.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• You can explain, in an interview, why an AI answering the phone is a genuinely good deal for a plumber. If you cannot get interested in that, this will be a grind.
