Internet Sales Specialist

Every day you'll have opportunities to connect with people who have submitted inquiries online, requested information, or are actively shopping for their next vehicle. Your job is simple:
- Build relationships with customers.
- Answer questions.
- Help schedule appointments.
- Guide customers through the buying process.
- Create an outstanding customer experience.
- Loves talking with people.
- Has customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or call center experience.
- Is comfortable using computers, email, texting, and the internet.
- Can multitask and stay focused throughout the day.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Wants to build a long-term career-not just collect a paycheck.
- Is coachable and excited to learn.
- Wants to be part of a winning team.
- Contact customers who have submitted online inquiries.
- Respond quickly to calls, texts, emails, and internet leads.
- Build relationships and earn customer trust.
- Schedule appointments with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
- Work closely with our sales and management teams.
- Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the vehicle purchase.
