Position Overview As a Physician Assistant at Elite Pain & Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based pain management care. Under the supervision of our expert physicians, you will conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, perform procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. * Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for pain management. * Perform interventional procedures, including joint and spine injections, as appropriate. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care. * Educate patients on pain management strategies, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pain management. * Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality regulations. Qualifications * Current licensure is as a physician assistant in Oklahoma. * Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program . * Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or interventional medicine is preferred. * Strong diagnostic, procedural, and clinical decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and collaboration. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare setting. * Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems .
