Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property operations Serve as primary liaison between tenants, vendors, ownership, and leadership Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance standards are met Coordinate routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance activitiesLead maintenance personnel and vendor partners Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance Hold customer meetings and strengthen client relationships Develop processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement Recruit, train, and develop team members Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 5+ years of Property Management, Facilities Management, or similar experience Strong leadership and customer service skills Budgeting and operational management experience Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset and accountability-driven approach Why Join Daigle?
