About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Machine Operator (1st Shift) for an established manufacturing partner in Saint Louis, MO (63110).
In this role, you will operate automated production equipment. While prior machine operation experience is preferred, full comprehensive training on the machinery will be provided! We are looking for a responsible, dependable candidate who brings basic computer knowledge and a strong willingness to learn. What You Will Do
Machine Operation: Set up, run, and monitor automated equipment according to daily job specifications.
Computer Controls: Utilize basic computer interfaces and screens to input job parameters, adjust settings, and monitor output.
Material Loading & Quality Checks: Load raw materials into the machine, inspect finished parts for accuracy, and report any defects.
Station Care: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and free of material debris in compliance with safety standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with floor team members and supervisors to maintain steady daily production goals.
What You Need
Computer Knowledge Required: Comfortable using basic computer screens, digital panels, and numerical data entry to run equipment controls.
Machine Experience Preferred: Some prior machine operation, light manufacturing, or production line experience preferred.
Willingness to Learn: Responsible work ethic and eagerness to learn new automated systems through hands-on training.
Reliability: Dependable attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Saint Louis, MO 63110.
Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
