The difference is clear.Your role in our missionWhen joining Gainwell, you will: Serve as a key member of a leveraged team supporting configuration, development, testing, and implementation of drug rebate solutions for state clientsProvide ongoing maintenance and operational support to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with program requirementsAct as a subject matter expert for drug rebate solutions, collaborating with pharmacy, finance, IT, and cross-functional teams across the enterpriseTranslate business and rebate program requirements into application designs, functional specifications, and scalable technical solutionsLead and contribute to testing, integration, deployment, and documentation efforts to ensure successful solution deliveryFacilitate alignment through stakeholder engagement, including project meetings, JAD sessions, and collaboration with development teamsWhat we're looking for8+ years of experience working with healthcare applications and data; Medicaid drug rebate experience preferred8+ years of experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and OracleExperience with software development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and modern development methodologies and release managementExperience with ETL processes and data integration; SSIS experience preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skillsExperience with implementing and supporting applications built on low code platforms, USoft preferredWhat you should expect in this roleFully Remote Opportunity – Work from anywhere in the U.S.Minimal Travel Required – Occasional travel opportunities (0-10%).Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientationThe deadline to submit applications for this posting is July 25, 2026.The pay range for this position is $95,100.00 - $135,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
