What You'll Do

• Deliver advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU setting
• Manage an average daily census of around 19 critically ill neonates
• Provide coverage for approximately 2,700 annual deliveries
• Perform neonatal rounding and manage patient care plans
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on competency
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and NICU staff
• Utilize full pediatric and neonatal subspecialty resources to deliver evidence-based care
• Contribute to a team-based, patient-focused environment
• Support educational initiatives, including medical student rotations

What You Need

• Valid Florida RN and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
