Fleet Operations

Operates from five key locations: Richmond, VA, Dallas, TX, Bakersfield, CA, Salem, OR, and Thomasville, NC. Interstate carrier with nationwide operations. Each location runs a hybrid regional/OTR model. Part of PPG Traffic Solutions the largest traffic safety markings company in the U.S. Delivering road paint and materials to nearly every state DOT.

Equipment & Freight

Primary freight: Flatbeds. Additional equipment: Tankers & Dry Vans. Supports rail yard operations and specialized tanker moves.

Driver Requirements

Class A CDL (Required). Tanker Endorsement (Required at hire). Hazmat Endorsement (Required within 90 days).

Schedule & Lifestyle

MondayFriday operations. Home every weekend. Frequent weekday home time depending on freight. Option to stay out longer if preferred. Strong focus on driver work-life balance.

Compensation

Top 30% nationally in driver pay. Paid via daily rate + mileage. Average 500+ miles per day. $340 flat daily rate for runs under 300 miles (when assigned). Additional pay: Forklift pay, Tarp pay.
