Our busy dermatology office is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! We have 3 offices in which you will be required to travel to some days.

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a front-facing role that helps create a welcoming first impression for every visitor and caller. This position plays an important part in supporting daily operations, maintaining a positive environment, and ensuring efficient communication across the office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting logistics as needed.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support to team members and leadership as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and visitor information when required.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with basic office tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support in a medical environment, preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common office software and basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
