Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.52 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements. Complete accurate incident reports, maintain clear communication with site personnel, and support a professional environment throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
