Advanced Manufacturing Technician
$22 - $30.25 per hourBio-Techne
Bio-Techne seeks a Manufacturing Technician to support laboratory and production operations in Minneapolis. The role involves assembling science products, operating manufacturing equipment, collecting data, and maintaining laboratory instruments while following established protocols and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and produce low to moderately complex products per established specifications
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain semi-automated manufacturing and laboratory equipment
- Collect, interpret, and document data from production workflows and experiments
- Perform routine laboratory maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend parameter adjustments within approved guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years relevant experience
- Associate degree preferred with up to 2 years relevant experience
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical ability
- Knowledge of multiple laboratory or manufacturing processes and products
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift materials weighing 5-50 lbs
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.25 per hour
