Driver Recruiter

To support ongoing driver recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter will attract and qualify professional truck drivers, focusing on owner-operators and those with intermodal container experience, while managing the applicant pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Key responsibilities Develop and execute market-specific recruiting strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified drivers Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Utilize various platforms and social media to expand driver leads and applications while ensuring compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred 2+ years of truck driver recruiting experience required, with a preference for owner-operator recruiting experience 6+ months of experience with Tenstreet required Prior experience in the intermodal/drayage or transportation industry preferred Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT driver qualification requirements
