You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing interventions, monitoring progress, and providing training and support to clients, families, and staff. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote the growth and autonomy of families and their children. Minimum Qualifications include: Masters degree, current BCBA certification, licensure in North Carolina, clean background check, drug screen, motivation for continuing education, and a commitment to inspiring autistic children to advocate for themselves and become confident individuals.
