Are you a detail-oriented, reliable bookkeeper looking for a part-time role? We’re a small, family-owned company seeking a dedicated professional to help us stay on top of our finances and grow with us. Our preferred starting date is between July 13 through 17th.

Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Champlin, MN – On-site
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am to 2pm). These are preferred hours, but we're flexible. Busier times of the year may need 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:
 Manage accounts payable and receivable
 Reconcile bank and credit card statements
 Prepare monthly financial reports
 Maintain accurate financial records in our accounting software (Zoho)
 Assist with payroll tasks
 Manage subscriptions and related records
 Support year-end tax 1099 preparation
What We’re Looking For:
 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
 Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
 Bonus: Experience working with small businesses or family-run companies.
