Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities The Accounts Receivable Specialist assists showrooms with managing the AR process of customer accounts. Necessary tasks Include: Applying credits and processing customer refunds Identifying, monitoring and collecting outstanding balances on customer accounts Assist with processing customer payments Generating account statements Communicate with both internal and external customers via phone, email and mail Maintain accurate and thorough records Assists the Accounting Department with year end audit Other duties as assigned HOM Furniture offers its full-time employees a competitive benefits package. Experience: Entry level position. Six months office experience preferred. Physical Demands: Low physical demands required. The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
