Medical Office Receptionist

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is a hard working, dedicated, efficient and friendly individual to join our private medical practice in Hendersonville, NC. Our team has been committed to serving and providing primary medical care to the Henderson county and surrounding areas since 2004. It is imperative that this individual have a pleasant personality as they will be the first point of contact for guests entering the clinic. This position will perform a variety of receptionist duties such as meeting/greeting patients, patient account management, medical records, scheduling and referrals. Other duties will include distributing correspondence and answering/redirecting phone calls. Therefore, Multitasking, task organization and stress management skills are essential for this position. Friendly work environment, Competitive wages, holiday and PTO pay, schedule flexibility (Full time or Part time hours) will be considered, and 401K offered..
