The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Cambridge, MA or Bothell, WA Pay: $211000-$282000 yearly Mission: To maximize investments in the Ultrasound Portfolio using a value-based approach, ensuring alignment with strategic directives and continuously improving portfolio health. What You'll Actually Do Manage: Lead a large, complex portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, business objectives, and effective portfolio governance. Prioritize: Lead portfolio prioritization by evaluating business needs, strategic value, risks, and resource allocation to make informed investment decisions. Own: Drive portfolio performance by monitoring KPIs, implementing continuous process improvements, and ensuring successful execution of portfolio management activities. Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights that support portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and long-term business planning. Influence: Build strong relationships with stakeholders through transparent communication and lead strategic initiatives, including investment prioritization and resource allocation decisions. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. This is a Director-level role focusing on strategic portfolio management within the Ultrasound sector. Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, business strategy, or program management. Proven experience managing complex portfolios and multiple cross-functional projects while aligning initiatives with business strategy and organizational priorities. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive strategic decision-making. Demonstrated success in portfolio governance, performance management, and resource planning. Bonus: A Master's degree is preferred. Experience using data and performance metrics to optimize portfolio health and improve business outcomes is highly preferred.
