Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, verify identities, and certify copies in full compliance with Texas law — in person or via remote online notarization. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • Must be a U.S. citizen. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Commissioned Notary Public able to pass a background check. • Knowledge of loan and legal document notarization. • Professionalism, honesty, and strong attention to detail. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout San Antonio as needed. PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
