Position Maintenance Technician I in the Maintenance Department. Responsibilities Maintain overall appearance of the community Maintain cleanliness of all common areas and amenities Policing the grounds and parking areas Perform minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting Assist maintenance staff upon request Undergo pre‑employment background check and drug testing Work weekends; both Saturday and Sunday required Schedule 8‑hour shift Weekends required (Saturday and Sunday) Salary $18.00/hour Benefits Rent discount – employee discount after 90 days Medical insurance – 100% free option available and employee/company pays dependent coverage, eligible 1st of month after 60 days Dental and vision insurance – employee and dependent coverage options available, eligible 1st of month after 60 days 401(k) plan – employee eligibility on first day of quarter following three months of employment, employer match available PTO – 13 days paid time off, pro‑rated each pay period, increases with tenure; ten holidays and one half‑day annually, available after 90 days of employment EEO Statement Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We do not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ovation
