Our caf team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Caf Co-Worker, you'll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a caf environment people love returning to.

This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and caf upkeep. You'll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand.

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, memorable caf experience for every guest
• Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to the highest company standards
• Provide friendly, efficient service to our customers
• Maintain a clean, organized caf and properly care for equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Grow your knowledge of coffee, tea, and espresso products through hands-on training

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 612 months espresso preparation experience preferred
• Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• A love for hospitality rooted in human connection
