Depending on your experience level, you will contribute to or lead multidisciplinary projects, support innovation, and influence the evolution of our design language and technology integration. Key Responsibilities

• Work with multiple project teams across all phases of industrial design and development-including design research, design concept /language development, CAD modeling, Supplier engagement, design specifications, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality design solutions and foster strong working relationships.
• Review and evaluate design concepts and project activities to ensure alignment with design standards, usability goals, and product requirements.
• Contribute to project timelines, working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet key milestones.
• Apply domain expertise to support cross-organizational initiatives and product strategies.
• Translate ideas into tangible outcomes through concept development, presentations, and design execution
• Support innovation through the integration of emerging technologies and evolving design language.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance design processes, quality, and team effectiveness.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial design or product development.

• 3D Modeling and CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro-E, Rhino, etc)
• Industrial Design, Product Design, and New Product Development
• Prototyping and Manufacturing Processes
• Basic understanding of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering principles
• UX/UI fundamentals, user research, and visual communication
• Project and workflow management

The pay range for this role is $116,150to $182,400USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
