As our Social Media Manager, you'll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of content across several brands for our organic social media channel. This is an execution first role - daily duties include managing social media content calendar, building social content and KPI reporting. You'll bring ideas to the table, create scroll-stopping content and help us grow a more engaged and loyal audience.

In the Social Media Manager role, you will be responsible for:

• Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing & Revenue driving teams to build and execute social media strategies tailored to each brand and platform.
• Creative Content: Develop standout visuals and write sharp, brand-right copy that drives engagement.
• Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic way to build community and trust.
• Optimization: Keep our social pages fresh, organized, and optimized to reach new audiences.
• Collaboration: Partner with influencers, brand advocates, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage organic social campaigns that support brand goals and generate measurable results.
• Analytics: Track performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve content and strategy.

Location: Memphis, TN HQ (Onsite)

Reports to: Director, Sales & Partnerships

Requirements

To do this, we believe you should have:

• 2-5 years of social media experience (in-house or agency) with a proven track record
• Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Comfortable using Sprout Social or similar tools, and familiar in Meta Business Suite
• Great organizational and time-management skills
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field-or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with agriculture equipment, fitness equipment and/ or outdoor lifestyle industries preferred.

The ideal candidate is someone who's creative, organized, and confident managing multiple social accounts at once. You should be comfortable switching between strategy and execution and have a strong grasp of what works on each platform.

You consistently deliver accurate, on-time organic social content & campaigns; build engaging organic social content with increased engagement; maintain clean documentation & organized content calendar; and use performance data to recommend the next best action. Over time, you become a trusted executional expert who can connect daily channel decisions to broader customer and business goals.
