Registered Nurse Operating Room

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room. The unit consists of 12 operating rooms staffed by a team of skilled professionals. There are two RN circulators during the day shift and one Certified Surgical Technologist on different schedules. The night shift includes one RN. Patient ratios are 1:1 in the Operating Room. The main equipment used is an Operating Room EMR system. Typical procedures include General, Orthopedic, Urology, Robotics, and Gynecology surgeries. Candidates should possess a team-oriented mentality. Travelers will be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation. Experience with efficient team dynamics and a commitment to providing excellent patient care is essential.
