Job Details Job DetailsJob Location: Chateau at Bothell Landing - Bothell, WA 98011Salary Range: $81,000.00 - $81,000.00 Salary/yearMemory Care Resident Care Coordinator What You'll Do Coordinate resident care conferences and collaborate with residents, families, nurses, caregivers, and other departments. Manage monthly resident billing, long-term care insurance billing, and respond to billing inquiries. Create, maintain, and adjust caregiver schedules while helping ensure appropriate staffing levels. Maintain resident records, care documentation, and caregiver task sheets. Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing education for care staff. Order and manage care supplies, resident pendants, and vendor relationships. Coordinate new resident admissions with the Marketing team. Help ensure compliance with Washington State Assisted Living regulations and Chateau policies. Support the Health Services Director and Memory Care Nurse Manager with administrative projects and daily department operations. What We're Looking For Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented approach. Experience working with older adults or in senior living preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Experience with billing and scheduling systems (Yardi, Paycom or similar software preferred). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Washington Assisted Living regulations is preferred. Current Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Current CPR/First Aid certification.
