We specialize in chiropractic care, spinal decompression, therapeutic massage, and metabolic health programs designed to help patients reduce pain, lose weight, restore mobility, balance hormones, and reclaim their energy.

Position Overview

We are hiring a  Patient Care / Front Desk Coordinator to be the first impression of our clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in chiropractic care, spinal decompression, metabolic health, holistic nutrition, and natural wellness

You will be a  key player on the team and work closely with the clinic owner, doctors, and massage therapists while learning high-level communication, organization, and front-office leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and deliver an exceptional first impression
• Coordinate new patient intake for chiropractic and wellness services
• Schedule initial and follow-up appointments for chiropractic, spinal decompression, massage, and metabolic programs
• Manage phone calls and text-based patient communication with warmth and clarity
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR / EHR systems
• Communicate scheduling needs and patient flow changes with doctors and therapists
• Utilize cloud-based calendars and scheduling tools
• Handle administrative tasks including scanning, e-filing, and supply tracking
• Maintain a calm, professional, and compassionate front-office environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in a medical front desk, chiropractic clinic, wellness clinic, metabolic clinic, spa, or hospitality setting
• Strong customer service and patient-experience skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-doctor clinic
• Confident, organized self-starter who is also a strong team player
• Experience with or strong ability to learn:
  • ChiroTouch
  • GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Google Sheets & Google Workspace
• High school diploma or equivalent required
