Schedule: Full-time.

Tues - Fri 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Sat 7:30 am - 2:30 pm

Compensation:

$24 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

You'll be the hub of the clinic , helping everything run smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience.

• Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
• Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, balancing clinic schedules to optimize patient flow.
• Communicate clearly with patients about their care plans, ensuring they understand and feel confident in their treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns promptly.
• Manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality, maintaining up-to-date information for all interactions.
• Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism, providing accurate information and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role, ensuring patients feel valued and understood.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate seamlessly across various providers.
• Proven track record of handling calls and follow-ups with clarity and empathy.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and the ability to explain coverage details confidently.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient clinic flow and support team dynamics.
• Commitment to following HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills to create a welcoming and professional first impression for patients.
• Confidence in discussing insurance and payments with patients.
