We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.Initial schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Fridays with occasional Saturdays in our Bellevue office. The role will include transitioning into more hours on Tuesday, Thursday and occasional Saturdays in our Issaquah locations in the near future! ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist patients and familiesSchedule appointments and coordinate patient careExplain treatment plans and payment optionsAnswer phones and respond to patient questionsFollow up with new and existing patientsWork closely with the orthodontist and teamProvide excellent customer serviceMaintain accurate patient recordsTravel reliably between our office locations as neededQualificationsFriendly and professional personalityExcellent communication and organizational skillsReliable and dependableComfortable working with patients and familiesPrevious dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not requiredReliable transportation and ability to travel between our locationsWe are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, and enjoys helping people create beautiful smiles!
