Patient Care Coordinator We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and families Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care Explain treatment plans and payment options Answer phones and respond to patient questions Follow up with new and existing patients Work closely with the orthodontist and team Provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate patient records Travel reliably between our office locations as needed Qualifications: Friendly and professional personality Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable and dependable Comfortable working with patients and families Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our locations We are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, and enjoys helping people create beautiful smiles!
