Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to CCU patients in a home health setting under physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and respond to clinical changes promptly.
- Administer prescribed medications, oversee IV therapies, and support basic respiratory care as allowed.
- Perform wound care, monitor equipment, and ensure patient safety and infection control.
- Document all care activities and patient responses; communicate with the multidisciplinary team; educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions.

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- BSN degree required
- ICU experience, minimum 2 years
- Availability for 7:00 PM-7:30 AM night shifts with every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week local contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Ability to work effectively in a home healthcare setting
