ICU Critical Care Nurse

Provides specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and interventions. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care strategies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Maintain current RN license and certifications.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Be available to work every other weekend and holiday as required.
