Contact Center Recruiter

POSITION OVERVIEW

MCI is a leading tech-enabled business services company delivering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and cloud technology solutions. The contact center Recruiter will source, screen, and hire top talent for a high-volume BPO environment. Successful candidates will complete a full application and pre-employment test.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events. Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks. Coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs and timelines. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates are highly motivated and dedicated. Requirements include: Associates Degree, Certification, or equivalent combination of training and experience. 1+ years of recruitment experience in a BPO or high-volume environment. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Office environment; sedentary, sit/stand for long periods, use computer and headset. May move around required tasks, reach, lift up to 40 pounds.
