Duties

Performs a broad range of multidisciplinary professional engineering work to manage test and evaluation efforts for assigned programs.

Develops metrics and interprets analysis and results to ascertain needed changes or modifications to test and evaluation programs.

Serves as a consultant and technical expert to senior subject matter specialists and/or agency officials responsible for broad program operations.

Participates in planning conferences, prepares management reports, and conducts technical presentations for planning, implementation, and corrective action.
