We are looking for a skilled, results-driven B2B Marketing & Video Content Specialist based in Shanghai who knows how to capture attention in the modern digital landscape. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level B2B marketing and engaging short-form video content. You will be responsible for shooting, recording, and producing educational, lecture-style, and behind-the-scenes videos tailored for Instagram Reels and TikTok, while simultaneously driving our LinkedIn content strategy to attract international B2B clients and decision-makers. You must be highly proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance video production, and scale content output. Note: While we prefer a Full-Time specialist, we are flexible and open to Part-Time arrangements or Internships for highly skilled university students in Shanghai who have a strong portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Video Production (IG Reels & TikTok): Conceptualize, shoot, record, and edit engaging educational/lecture-style and business-focused videos in Shanghai. You must understand pacing, strong hooks, lighting, audio setup, and modern retention-editing styles.
- LinkedIn B2B Content Writing: Write authoritative, high-converting LinkedIn posts, articles, and carousels tailored to a B2B audience. Translate real business operations and industry insights into compelling narratives that build trust and generate inbound leads.
- AI-Driven Execution: Actively utilize AI tools (for scriptwriting, research, voice/audio enhancement, B-roll generation, auto-captioning, and workflow automation) to execute tasks faster and at a higher standard.
- Content Strategy & Repurposing: Turn a single core topic or lecture video into multiple content assets across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, maintaining a consistent and premium brand voice. Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Based in Shanghai: Must be currently located in Shanghai and available for on-site video shooting and recording sessions.
- Proven Portfolio: You must have a strong portfolio of past work showing videos you have shot/edited (TikTok/Reels style) AND examples of LinkedIn or professional content you have written (even if you are applying as an intern/student, you must show real examples of your work).
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing—knowing how businesses operate and how to communicate with corporate buyers and decision-makers.
- Hands-on expertise in video recording setups (framing, lighting, microphones) and editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Deep familiarity with modern AI marketing, copywriting, and video tools.
